Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold by DO&COFFEE are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

Exceptions

We understand that issues can arise. Refunds or credits may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same product.
  • Technical delivery issues: If you are unable to access or download the product due to a technical error on our end.
  • Wrong product delivered: If you received a product different from what was described at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at hello@do-and-coffee.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
